These Terms govern your use of HROne and our website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.

Your data

You own the data you put into HROne. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before any price change.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
